Private Lessons:
 

Private yoga lessons are the best way of developing a foundation for a lifetime of wellbeing.

I offer a popular, client-centred, bespoke progressive service using a very therapeutic approach tailoring each session to your specific needs and goals.

These lessons draw upon a range of therapies and yoga styles that will release tension, reduce chronic pain, build strength, increase flexibility, stamina, and functional range of motion to provide the maximum benefit for the body and mind. 

A private session consists of a visit to you at your convenience, with all the necessary equipment required.
